How Do I Charge?
I base all of my services on a per-client-project contract basis, where 50% of the price is due upon agreement, before any work begins. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of the product plus any additional fees accrued during the development process. All packages include an optional monthly Maintenance and Upkeep plan. Discluding the monthly Maintenance and Upkeep plan from the contract will not affect initial contract price.The Initial Contract price is for the production of the site and assets only. Maintenance and Upkeep is charged on a subscription based plan. Maintenance and Upkeep performed without a Monthly Plan will incur an hourly fee.

Addition fees can be incurred by the following:
– un-foreseen technical issues with any Custom Solutions products.
– Additional feature requests / Changes mid-project that increase the size – and/or scope of the project.
– Issues with customer provided hosting.
** Customer Host migrations are available upon request and choosing to go with a 3rd party host is your prerogative, but be warned that Addition fees may be incurred if issues arise with said host. This is because I have a good relationship with my hosting provider and I am familiar with their software and support structure. A 3rd party host will require additional time from me to navigate their control panel and available features. Any time spent ironing out issues that arise from this are charged to the customer.
